Launching a new initiative under the “Himam Maqdasiya” Project – an incubator for creative and entrepreneurial youth.
“Bayt wa Zeina” is one of the existing projects chosen by the Armaa Al-Maqdisiya Association to be supported as part of the Himam Maqdasiya Project.
It is an entrepreneurial venture focused on creative recycling and the upcycling of old, neglected, or discarded materials—such as used clothing, wood, buttons, and more—into innovative new products, including accessories, decorative items, unique gifts, and other creations.
The project aims to add new value to original materials, transforming them into more beautiful or more useful items while emphasizing the concepts of innovation, sustainability, environmental conservation, waste reduction, energy saving, material longevity, creativity, and support for the local economy—values that Armaa is committed to promoting within the Jerusalemite community.
The founder of the project, Samar Jamous, is one of the entrepreneurs who submitted their project ideas and whose project was selected due to its unique concept and alignment with the environmental and economic values that Armaa seeks to promote and develop.
We congratulate Samar Jamous on the success she has achieved in developing her project and wish her continued excellence and success in her entrepreneurial journey.
Himam Maqdasiya is an incubator project supporting creative and entrepreneurial Palestinian youth in the Jerusalem Governorate and its surroundings by nurturing their ideas, developing them, and turning them into income-generating and sustainable businesses.
Stay tuned for more updates, as around 17 new or existing projects have been supported as part of the Himam Maqdasiya initiative.
