This project enhances community leadership among young Jerusalemite women aged 22 to 29, creating a new generation of female tour guides. Participants are graduates in fields such as history, geography, archaeology, languages, tourism and social sciences. They undergo theoretical and field training on Jerusalem’s history and civilizations, in addition to first aid, life skills and financial management of tourism initiatives. Several practical field tours and initiatives were implemented under this project.
